All service demands can be done online via Internet. The online service is continuously 7 days, 24 hours on duty. We are able to give service all over Turkey such as cities, towns or emergency response to VIP customers. In general it takes 4 hours to respond to a service call in Turkey . Every service given to POS equipments is marked with a different serial number and kept on watching by special computers. Due to online call recording system and integrated computers, it can be monitored for a product when, what kind of defects has been encountered and how often having service. Detailed analyses are presented to the customer . |
